Their Problem Is They Need To Be Recognized, Acknowledged and Accepted. Be In The Presents of Leaders Whom Are Leaders and Whom Been There, Can Do, Prove, Show and Tell. A Purpose, Focus, Cause, Reason, Mission. They Need To Be Recognized For Possitive Things That They Do That Is Good. They Need To Develop Their Cultural Intellect and History. They Need Jobs, Work and Employment. This Concept and Direction Is So Easy That An 8 Year Old Child With A Third 3rd Grade Education Can Do This On Saturdays or During The Summer. This Concept Does NOT! Require A City, State or Federal Grant or $300,000 Youth Summer Program or Tax Payers Money $$$.

In 2006 There Were 24 Gun Violence Related Killings In New Haven. The New Haven Police Dept. Says They Are Short 80 Police Officers.

In 1990-1992 During Mayor John Daniels Term There Were 48-56 Deaths per. Year.

Ironicly, One of Mayor Daniels Brothers "Melvin Daniels" Was A Sargeant In The Narcotics Division. The Other Brother Was A Drug Dealer On The Corner of Dixwell and Henry Street...Two(2) Blocks From The Dixwell Q House.
